Huneety Learning is excited to introduce the Manager Development Program (MDP) – a practical, ROI-focused onsite workshop in partnership with Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce. This monthly public training is designed to build essential people management skills with adaptive leadership, AI tools and modern practice.

• Set SMART KPIs and SMART action plans for their subordinates 

• Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for teams 

• Deliver feedback effectively, and apply coaching & mentoring techniques

• AI tools integrated to support adaptive leadership to drive results, inspire and develop teams

Empower managers with the tools and frameworks they need to lead effectively. Through onsite workshop, we enhance managers’ skills in core practices like setting KPIs, defining SMART objectives, running effective 1:1s, building Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and conducting meaningful performance reviews in their day-to-day work. 

Whether for first-time managers, mid-level leaders, or senior managers needing a refresh, MDP equips them with actionable tools to lead high-performing teams to thrive in a world shaped by AI and disruptive technologies.
