No. Huneety is an HR tool, not an employee-facing platform. HR runs the assessments and owns the data. Employee access the assessments via a private token. Results can be shared as branded PDF reports, exported to your HRIS, or fed into your existing L&D process. You decide what employees see.

A one-off engagement has a defined scope and end date, no subscription. Ongoing deployment means Huneety becomes your long-term platform with continuous assessments, yearly framework updates, and an IDP engine running year-round. Same methodology, different commitment.
Both. A Local setup runs Huneety for a single entity with one framework and one HR team. A Group setup runs multiple entities under one roof with per-entity authorization layers. Each subsidiary's HR manages their own framework and data while the group HR has consolidated visibility. Useful for holdings, multi-country orgs, and M&A integrations.
