Assessment and development data: Competency ratings, 360-degree feedback responses, skills assessment results, observations, suggestions, strengths and weaknesses summaries, individual development plans, career path history, and associated comments or notes entered by participants, managers, and raters.

AI interaction data: Messages and content you submit to our AI features, including pasted job descriptions, role profile inputs, and conversation history with our AI assistant. This content is retained to support continuity of use within the platform.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser type, IP address, and referring URLs, collected via server logs.

Communication data: Messages sent through contact forms, support requests, and email correspondence with our team.
