Huneety Learning Pte. Ltd. Sub-Processors

Huneety Learning Pte. Ltd. uses a limited set of trusted third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to operate our platform. Each sub-processor processes personal data only on our documented instructions, under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) or equivalent contractual safeguards, and under appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection commitments.

This page lists our current sub-processors. We will update it whenever sub-processors are added or removed. Customers can subscribe to change notifications by emailing contact@huneety.com.

Infrastructure and hosting

Supabase Inc. Primary database, authentication, and file storage for the platform. Data processed: all customer data, including accounts, employee records, assessments, development plans, and competency taxonomy. Location: United States.

Vercel Inc. Application hosting, edge network, and build infrastructure for the platform and marketing website. Data processed: application traffic, server logs, IP addresses. Location: Singapore (primary region).

Hostinger International Ltd. Virtual private server hosting for the report generation service (api.huneetylearning.com). Data processed: report payloads processed during PDF generation, including employee name, role, and competency scores. Location: European Union.

Communications

Twilio SendGrid Inc. Transactional email delivery for assessment invitations, password resets, and platform notifications. Data processed: recipient name, email address, and email content. Location: United States.
