Workspace settings control organization-wide defaults. Most of these are admin-only. Changes here apply to every assessment, report, and email sent after the change.
Organization profile
Settings → Organization profile. Set your company name, industry, and HQ country. Upload your logo — it appears on all PDF reports and on branded assessment emails. Set the default language (English or Thai); this drives rater forms and report language.
Role profile workflow
Pick how new role profiles get approved:
- Manager review — profiles go to the line manager before HR.
- HR direct — HR approves without manager input.
- Auto — profiles publish immediately once saved.
A separate toggle, Auto-deploy competencies, pushes approved profile competencies to linked roles without a manual step.
Rating scales
Three system scales are built in: Dreyfus 0 to 5, Culture Fit, and Performance. You can also create custom scales with your own labels per workspace. Each assessment picks its scale at launch; choose carefully because reports reference the scale chosen at assessment time.
Framework settings
Set your framework name, pick the taxonomy source (Huneety pre-built or your imported framework), and toggle Enable sub-skills to show skill-level detail inside each competency during assessments.
Huna AI settings
- Allow new competencies — whether Huna can suggest competencies outside your current framework.
- Competency source — which framework Huna pulls from when generating.
- Allow actions — whether Huna can draft IDP actions automatically.
User management
Add team members, assign roles (Admin, Manager, Participant), and optionally filter by country code. Role determines what each person can see and edit in the workspace.
Plan and usage
Track remaining assessment quota, AI action quota, and trial or grace period status. Review this monthly if you run continuous assessments so you are not surprised by quota limits.
Group templates (multi-country only)
Enable Group templates if you operate across country workspaces. Group-scope templates are shared across all country workspaces, and local workspaces can create forks if country-specific customization is needed. Turn this off if you operate in one country.
Tips
- Set your logo and default language before launching your first assessment. They apply to new emails and reports; they do not change anything already sent.
- Lock your framework and rating scale before a big rollout. Changing them mid-cycle creates inconsistent reports.
- Review Huna AI settings before enabling “Allow new competencies” in a strict-framework environment — Huna may propose items outside your governance list.
